"Never come to this hotel. If you like cleanliness this will be the worst experience you will ever have rooms dirty stained pillows cigarette burns every but so called non smoking staff don't care they live in the filth not even an working blow dryer."

"Clean room. Breakfast not "curated," just normal continental fare. Ice machines not indicated on emergency map plan on door. After fruitless ice hunt, had to ask at front desk. Elevator floor buttons confusing: button "4" is floor four, that I can figure; but what is button "4R" next to it? Dispenser pumps in shower disappointing, typical "progress." Small stuff but add up to lessen stay quality. "

"We drove for 6 to 7 hours to get to Storrs and there was no one to check us in when we got there. I totally understand that the check in desk staff needs to step away sometimes, but it seemed like we were waiting quite a while. I did like the grab and go muffin/danish/cereal bar."

"Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites is a great hotel that is close to the Mohegan Sun casino, the hotel has a shuttle that goes to and from the casino, it’s a great feature. The hotel also has complementary breakfast and clean rooms. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends."
