"The staff was amazing, the resort was quiet and peaceful. The food was solid, the beach was fun and the coastline cruise excursion was a great time. Did I mention the staff??? If you’re looking for a place to unwind and relax without being a bigger resort with a lot of noice you will love it. No snorkeling here as there is nothing to see. "We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer...

"I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special.
