"This property is not as advertised on Expedia. Among the noted amenities is a hot tub. There is no hot tub at this hotel. There are a lot of “out of town” workmen staying at this property. It wasn’t an issue for us but it might be for others. Our ground floor window wouldn’t lock and the TV is only accessible by using your personal login for a streaming service. Be sure to log out of your account prior to check out."

"The staff was great and the room was clean. The bathroom fan needed maintenance. The room was a bit odd ... it was apparently a handicapped room on the fourth floor with a doorbell for a handicapped individual to request help from someone in the room to help with opening the door; a phone jack by the toilet; no hair dryer in the bathroom (found it in the closet on the other side of the sitting room)."

"hotel was disgusting. Old and dirty and had cheap perfume sprayed in large amounts to cover the smell. It was a sickening smell. There were two long time residents staying there (confirmed with front desk) one was female and riding a motorcycle with the music very loud. I was threatened when I asked her to turn down the music and I went to the front desk to get a refund because both residents then sat next to my room to try and intimidate me. I had to get an escort from the front desk to me room to gather my things as I was afraid they would try to attack me. I spoke with the owner on the phone who was rude and would not give me a refund even though I was only there for a bit over one hour. I almost called the police. What ever you do don't stay here, you are better off sleeping in your car."

"The website lists amenities that no longer exist such as an arcade, game room and hot tub. It only has one elevator for 200+ rooms. The elevator was not centrally located; we had to walk down several corridors past about 50 rooms while juggling our luggage because there were no luggage carts. The front desk staff had a lousy attitude. More interested in there phone than checking us in or answering questions. Despite complaints from several people, There was smoking and drinking in the pool area. Cans of alcoholic beverages were left poolside within reach of young children. The continental breakfast ran out of milk, juice, meat, yogurt, pastries, and fruit. They started putting the one waffle maker away while there were still people waiting in line to make one. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I do not recommended this hotel and will be staying elsewhere when in the area."

"We stay here every time we come to Bedford. The owner is always sweet, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is great. "

"I have stayed here on a few different occasions. They are currently renovating the property, but it does not interfere with the appearance or your stay. The staff is always welcoming and accommodates needs. It is my preferred place to stay anytime I go to Johnstown."

"The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival check in was smooth and the young Indiana guy was very pleasant and helpful. The most disappointing part was no in room coffee maker. Also the morning breakfast was very very disappointing. When checking in I was told it was 7am to 930. I went to the breakfast area at 8 and was the only person there.. First the coffee pot was empty. Had to tell the desk guy that there was no coffee then it took 20 minutes for him to brew a pot. The selection was for crap No fruit, No sweet rolls or donuts. There was cereal however No spoons, kinda hard to eat with a plastic fork! There was cheap bread of bread for toast, no butter/margarine or jelly. No bagels or muffins. Just down right an embrassment! The bushy hair desk was to busy sitting at his desk playing computer games as ND going out to smoke than servicing the breakfast bar."
