"We had the Deluxe Spa Pool Suite and it was very spacious and modern, the room was well equipped and luxurious. Great location, close to fisherman's village and short drive to Chaweng and Lamai. The pool was gorgeous and sparkling clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was outstanding with loads of variety and plentiful enough to keep us satisfied until dinner."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is awesome. The facilities and location are great. I would highly recommend it. The one thing to think about is getting off the property for lunch and dinner. The food available in the restaurants for lunch and for dinner, while tasty, is much higher in price without being better than you can get from any number of restaurants within 30 minutes. It was good, but I would get off campus for more meals if I come back. Everything else was completely top not."

"Overall, this is a very good hotel for the price (at least in low season) with an unbeatable location right next to its own stunning beach. The facilities are generally well thought out, and would definitely consider staying again. There are a few areas that could be improved. The beach would benefit from more regular cleaning as quite a bit of rubbish washes ashore, and it seems like a missed opportunity not to have sun loungers available given how beautiful the beach is (and the potential to offer beachside drink service). The beach café service was sometimes slow, and while the cliff rooms were comfortable enough, the bathroom was disappointing - especially the sink, which never seemed to produce hot water. Outside the hotel and further along the beach could also do with a tidy-up, as there is quite a lot of litter in places. Finally, the hotel provides four plastic bottles of water each day; switching to refillable glass bottles would be a much more environmentally friendly. Despite this, enjoyed my stay and would likely consider returning."

"We had a wonderful 12-day stay at this hotel with my two daughters. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and thanks to the amazing staff, we created many beautiful family memories here. The only small thing I missed was a regular handheld shower. The bathtub only had a faucet, and the shower cabin had only a rainfall showerhead. Having a handheld shower would have made things much easier, especially when traveling with children. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!"
