"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht uns zu unterstützen. Unsere Klimaanlage im Zimmer ging kaputt und wir durften sofort umziehen. Bein Frühstück waren alle Damen sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! "

"Reception staff were helpful. Check in was quick and was given a room at 2 PM even though check in began at 3 PM since one was cleaned and available. I was given another key without any problems when I left mine in the room.
