"The Mercure is conveniently located and delightfully maintained. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were pleasant, clean, and had nice amenities for travelers. I dined at the restaurant for breakfast and several other meals and found it to be of good quality. Definitely recommend!"

"The hotel has no reception desk and no staff is on site. The rooms were clean and in good condition. All have jacuzzi and some kind of sauna (a steamer connected to the large shower cabin). The temperature, during the night, was quite low. There is no parking, however you can park on the street in front, if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The hotel is located in a very nice and central area."

"The room was good, but what stood out here was the amazing staff. Carmen at reception was amazingly friendly and had great advice. The food at the restaurant was also amazing. Try the Romanian traditional dishes for dinner and grilled vegetables. The service from Diana in the restaurant was superb. Lasty, be sure and order breakfast buffet! OMG - my Mom said was the best in her 78 years. Veggies, fruit, cheeses, meats."

"The hotel itself was nice and clean. Prime had excellent food and I would highly recommend eating there. My only issue was the noise level outside my door. I was awakened every night of my stay by loud noises."

"If I could give 100 stars, I would because this hotel felt more like home surrounded by friends and family. David and Daniel were exceptional hosts during our recent 3 week stay in Bucharest. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met without making us feel like clients or customers. The atmosphere of the reception area sets the comforting mood for a great experience. The room we stayed at was clean and quiet. The fresh morning coffees and espressos set the mood for amazing days. Conservations with the staff were never forced but felt genuine.
We will definitely stay here next time we visit.
Please give Princess a loving scratch under her chin from us!"
"Great in every way except one, only one little think that I find it annoying. Elevators. Good functioning two elevators that seemed to be used a lot by staff doing housekeeping. It lacks service elevators unfortunately, hotel is located in what is like a residential building."
