"Room was clean except for a spot on door frame in bathroom (blood stained). Bed only had a sheet and the decorative cover, no blanket, no in room coffee. Breakfast was a choice of pop tart, honey bun or muffins. Small cups of coffee, no juice was choice of drink."

"An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen"

"Spacious and modern, but with a few minor quirks We stayed for two nights and found it to be a great bargain for the price. Room 213 was spacious, bright, airy, and very modern. The entire property is in excellent condition, parking is free, and the location is fantastic—situated in a nice area close to great restaurants. The blackout shades worked perfectly, and the couch was excellent for lounging. However, there were a few details worth noting. The K-cup coffee maker in the kitchen didn't...

"The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. "
