"The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay."

"The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed...

"Very dissatisfied with this particular Springhill visit. We weren’t informed the hotel only provides room cleaning and fresh towels every other day. After asking a few times they did deliver fresh towels but were pretty stingy with the number allowed. Fitted sheet was long past its useful life and wouldn’t stay put. Air conditioner was noisy and thermostat setting seemed irrelevant. Vanity needs repairs to faucet and light. When attempting to iron a white dress shirt the iron left black...
