"Location close to the city with great views of the ocean. Good bedding. Fruits, water, milk and crackers were appreciated. The property is in need of better maintenance though - there is mold in the bathrooms, poorly cleaned windows which ruin the view, linens and towers had sports on them, the whole apartment has a damp smell to it. With all of that, not worth the price we paid."

"There is no hottub at this property! We were really disappointed to see this when we arrived as it was one of the main reasons we booked here. The property need to update their expedia profile but please note there hasnt been a hottub there in a while. Otherwise, beautiful view and a nice stay at the property. A bit rough around the edges in places but perfectly adequate for our 4 night stay"

"We loved our stay here. All questions were answered promptly and all the amenities we needed were there. We had the unfortunate timing to be staying during the town's week long Sr. Peter's celebration and boy do they celebrate. Loud club music vibrated through our bodies until 1 or 2 am while we tried to sleep. We made sure to lock the door and windows, that helped a bit. And being exhausted from our activities helped. "The vila was perfect. Well equipped, clean and spacious. It is located 10 minutes from the port and close to the highway. The island is easily accessible from the vila. The staff (manager and housekeeper) were more than helpful. If we go back to Punts Delgada we will return to the Vilas dos Olivas without a doubt! "

"I stayed with my wife and 2 kids here- the place was a perfect setup where we had our own cabin with 2 bedrooms. The property is lovely- it was super quiet and we really enjoyed splashing around in the small pool there. We were very happy with our stay!"
