"I loved the service. Everyone treated you like family. The Royal upgrade was well worth it. I cant wait to book my next trip here. Only thing is I would like to see the property manage the towels being placed on chairs at the beach and pool at 6am. If a towel sits longer than 30-45 minutes, it should be removed and accessible to the next person. And there could be more entertainment at the lounge in the evening and night. Other than that, no complaints. "

"We went there for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Hotel is 5 min walk to eagle beach.We book dinner at passions on the beach! Dinner was actually on the beach romantic and view was amazing! We did a couple of excursions too such as horse back riding and nature pools with Indian caves with ABC tours and it was so much fun! "

"We had an amazing time. The only negative I have to say was about our room. It wasn’t super clean upon arrival and only had It cleaned 3 times the whole week. It took housekeeping too long to get to the rooms. They would be there to clean around 4:30-5 just as we were getting back to get ready for dinner. Other then that we loved It and would definitely stay here again. "

The stay at the beach was painful as all the palapas / umbrella's were taken and you have to pay $40 daily to have an umbrella that barely protects 2 people.. even free water at the lobby now has one that needs tip to give you a tiny cup. There was also a lot of construction going on around the property and many roads were subsequently closed. (There was lots of construction going on all over Eagle Beach).
