"The staff were not very pleasant or friendly- it was like it was all an effort . Until we met the cleaners - they bothered to talk to us and the guy in the swimming

area was really friendly and seemed to want to work. The shower was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush in our room. We didn’t have enough towels for our family. "
