"This property was marketed as a hotel but is simply a large home with keypad locks on bedroom doors. Not only were the hosts terrible with their communication the room and home were dirty. The entire home smelled of dirty diapers and the bed was clearly slept in. We left after discovering the dirty room and decided to stay at a hotel."

"The unit was double booked, so the GM reached out to me the same day with that info and arranged for a complementary upgrade to make sure out trip could continue as planned. Great communication, very nice facilities, perfect location. We'll definitely be back."
