"Location, location , location, the Dune suite hotel is perfectly located in Porto Cesareo, about 3-4 km from the historical center with many good restaurants. Most importantly this hotel has a beautiful beach across the street, on the Ionian sea, 24 Celsius and calm 10/10 for the first week of October. At this period 2 transats and a parasol are complimentary. There is a nice bar and an evening restaurant plus takeout counters for lunch that you can eat at the beach. The rooftop pool setup of the hotel is very nice with lounge furniture and a perfect view of the sunset! Breakfast is absolutely complete and delicious. Would recommend without any doubt."

"I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing hotel and its incredible staff! My cousin and our 80+Moms used the hotel as a home base for 9 days, while exploring Puglia by car. The staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful and patient with all our questions and offered amazing advice on places to eat and see. Christina at the front desk works so hard to take exceptional care of each guest. The fantastic Christian enthusiastically greeted us every morning and made sure we were well taken care of. He remembered our coffee preferences and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were his only guests. This Canadian girl will miss seeing Christian for breakfast every morning😢 Our rooms were absolutely adorable and spotless and cleaned every few days with fresh towels daily. Beds are comfortable, towels are fluffy and the rooms are well stocked. New windows block out any noise. The plaza where the hotel is located is filled with locals giving guests a taste of authentic village life. We loved trying to converse with many in our broken Italian. The entire village made us feel welcome and cared for. We genuinely felt that over a week we made new friendships. If you are looking for an authentic Italian village experience while taking in all Puglia has to offer, you need to stay here. Oh and there’s also a very unique and wonderful grotto spa!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Masseria Donna Menga. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place. The gardens and pool area are stunning, the rooms are lovely and the service was excellent. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! Everything was just perfect, and we would happily come back!"

"Place was gorgeous! Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfy! Street parking was quite difficult snd it was very loud at night (noise from cars and people outside) Otherwise the place was lovely, staff were great. We travelled with a baby and I didn’t make it to breakfast but they allowed my husband to bring a selection of items and a coffee to our room - they couldn’t do enough for him! Also a great location - walking distance to the main town. Highly recommend!"

"Very quiet and relaxing. Staff great, great restaurant. Excellent service. Super breakfast. However hard to get to if you do not have a car. Large spa but did not use. Property very old however lots of renos and modernization has been completed. Looks very nice, rustic and charming"

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, towels changed daily, with a spacious room that was comfortable and, great AC. The pool area was lovely and spotless, and the sunsets from the property were beautiful. Loved the tree lined driveway. The location is quite remote, so having a car is essential if you want to explore the area or dine out, as no evening meals are offered on site. Breakfast was good, but it became a little repetitive after a few days. We would also have appreciated a wider selection of vegetables but overall we had a great time."

"déjeuner parfait, il y a de tout. personnel est courtoi stationnement est parfait et bien sécurisé. chambre 212 le matelas est sur les ressorts et blessant. ce matela est à jeter. mais à part cela, c,est ok et ce ne sont pas tout les matelas qui sont dégradés."
