"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. Good shower pressure. The shower space is Ok for me, and may be confined for some people. I hope it will provide laundry liquid for future guests to use the washing machine. I had easy check-in after hours. Six minutes walk from Quintino Sella station if coming by train from Bari international airport. The three...

"Communication was terrible no coffee in the room floor was dirty no internet password we asked multiple times only 3 towels for the the two weeks stay for 3 people no extra linens they send a cleaning crew they used a swiffer to sweep and didn’t clean good we found a broom and swept the floor and more garbage came out very disappointing when we asked for extra towels they said that it’s not a hotel they should rename the nightmare Italy"

"Property is in wonderful location super central and strategic. High ceilings and quality/design furniture. Rooms cleaned very superficially… so room for improvement. Also, we often had issues accessing the room as the code wouldn’t work and wouldn’t get a response or resolution for hours on end which was very frustrating especially when traveling with a small child."

"The apartament was cleaning everyday and everyday we got small waters, bisquites, capsules of coffee ect. and fresh towels. I realy recommend this place. Minor minus becouse od unconfortable single bed."

"This property was in the best location. It was a cool property to stay in and had everything we could want. The air conditioning was perfect after a hot day exploring and there was plenty of space for all of our stuff without being cramped in. That said, the biggest downside is that the bathroom only had half a wall for privacy. This means all bathroom noises were heard by everyone. This should have been communicated clearer as it can cause uncomfortable situations for guests."
