"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...

We stayed in the Mosaica apartment, which was very clean, and there was no bad smell in the bathroom—so we didn’t experience any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. "Benny and Carla were amazing and the property is wonderful - a 6th century Palazzo, one of the oldest in town, was decorated beautifully and had all modern amenities including a great shower, patio and wonderful tea and coffee options. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. Stay here!!!"
