"Corinthia Lisbon is a lovely hotel. The staff is courteous, attentive, and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay there again."

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room had a constant sewage smell that made it incredibly uncomfortable to even be inside. The AC wasn’t working, and I had to move rooms—only to find more issues waiting. The floors were old wood, so every step from the room above sounded like someone stomping directly over our heads. On top of that, the hair dryer didn’t work. I asked twice for it to be fixed or replaced, and nothing was ever done. The TV was another frustration—the picture was pixelated on most channels, making it nearly unwatchable. Even basic amenities were lacking, like a luggage rack, which seems like a simple standard item. Overall, this stay felt neglected and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be returning."
