"When we arrived we were told they were sold out and wouldn't honor our reservations."

"The room was very nice and clean, in fact the housekeepers were especially attentive, and friendly too! The front desk staff were not especially friendly or helpful, luckily we didn't need them much! The room was nice but needed a little updating especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the whirlpool hottub and pool. Also the king size bed was heavenly comfortable! They also had convenient parking and a lot of it!"

"The water temperature went from scolding hot to freezing cold. There was no in between. The cable/internet kept going in and out. Breakfast was to be until 10am, but closed at 9am Sunday. Front desk staff was helpful. You are allowed 2 guests/room, so if, you have children, they charge $20/each for them. "

"No coffee maker in room. Very picked over breakfast with no coffee available. Strong pot smoking odors. "

"Very tired building and furnishing. Bed was okay, but very bouncy. We opted for a suite, but the furniture was so tired, dirty, and dusty that the room was unpleasant. One chair’s upholstery was splitting. Very small windows, so very little natural light. We had to ask for additional blankets as there was only a very think cotton blanket. Breakfast was okay. Simple, but convenient. There is very little around the hotel, but it was convenient for the wedding we were attending. We also ate a dinner there and the food for dinner was pretty good. The dining room was understaffed with only one person tending bar, taking and serving food order. The locking mechanism fo our door was very difficult due to the age of the mechanism. I am surprised at some of the other reviews. Perhaps we just got a bad room? Staff were pleasant. "
