"Staff is kind and accommodating however access to entrance of property including car entrance is by access code which is booking via a third-party you should get since Front Desk is not always on duty especially at 3 PM when we attempted to check in. The property has been tastefully decorated, but could use more detailed maintenance and upkeep. We did not find the floors, particularly clean and there was somewhere in tear on the paint. "Love, love, love this place. Hosts were super accommodating and responsive. San bonaventura was just lovely, perfect for a family of 4, with quirky decor. It was clean, well laid out, bathroom and kitchen areas had everything we needed. We all fell in love with the view, the peace, the shady gardens. Fabulous plants (delicious lemons, perfect for hot drinks), ornaments tiles. Lots of steps (we were warned!) but well built and lit. A real treasure that we delighted in discovering."
