"I was a little annoyed the property was being painted and the room was taped off on the outside. It ended up not really mattering but not great optics. The room was clean and comfortable and staff seemed pleasant. Breakfast is ok not great. Not too bad for a day but feels more generic over longer stay."

"Very nicely renovated motel! Clean, comfortable beds, small fridge, microwave, coffee and ice maker. Outdoor sitting area with beautiful views of nearby red rock cliffs. Owners friendly and responsive. Highly recommended if you’re staying in beautiful Palisade!"

"Such a wonderful place in Grand Junction. We stayed in Airstream 1. We areived after hours. We did recieve a text with all of our details for acces to everythibg was in there. Really easy to follow. My favorite thing was watching the sunset from the river."

"This is an older property. There are not enough outlets in the rooms. I had to plug my CPAP in and had to move the bed to get to the only plug in the room. Rooms were clean and housekeeping made up the bed even though I was staying 2 nights so that was a plus"

"It’s an older hotel and could use some room by room painting, maintenance like faucet repair and lubrication of sliding doors but had plenty of hot water and was overall clean. We traveled with a dog and the hotel room was not convenient because the front was completely covered with rock or pavement and absolutely no grass except in the back or very front. Overall a good stay though"

"the heater was broken had space heater that barely worked. the floor in bathroom has water damage and is pealing floor surface. the bed was comfortable though. i would not stay there again ."

"Overall a comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed playing pool with my son several times. Enjoyed the breakfast included with lots of options. Very convenient location near I-70. The toilet in my room however would run intermittently every so often which made it kind of noisy. I didnt want to bother with it so I just kept the bathroom door closed most of the time. I told the front desk guy upon checking out so they can fix it."

"Room was very dirty and dusty, looked unclean with some belongings from other peoples stay. We used towels to line the bathtub to be willing to shower due to dirtiness. Towels looked used and had to request new ones. Our key card didn’t work and had to call to get into room late at night "

"Sera at the front desk was a gem! Great service she even wrapped cookies for my puppy! Very friendly and helpful. Clean, very clean but outdated. Would recommend. Very VERY SAFE A LOT OF POLICE STAY THERE!! 💝"
