Wouldn't consider having a breakfast if all you're giving is cereal. They should also give warning that they allow pets and you could be placed in a room next to a room that has pets with doors that actually are adjacent to it.

Stay was great but the door was broken as we arrived. It was fixed while we went ahead and stayed in the room and waited for family to pick us up. They were very nice staff who offered to go out and grab us anything we needed while we waited on the repair.

Just another very good experience here. Third time staying at this hotel. Every time has been excellent. Nice stay for a small town. Breakfast isn't great; but, everything else is just fine.

I have been staying in hotels across Oklahoma Texas Kansas and Missouri all summer while doing Jeep stuff. This was the absolute best! Anna was professional, pleasant and supremely helpful! My room was so nice i didnt want to leave! I was happy with all aspects of this hotel from check in to check out and all of my Jeep friends had a great time there. Hope we go back to Ava for wheeling at SMORR very soon. 10/10

The amenities list daily housekeeping but we found out when returning for the day this does not include making the bed. This is not earth shattering but was surprising. We relayed this to the desk clerk, she was not interested, and a manager is not available. Otherwise the beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms could be updated.

Good hotel for the price. Very clean and staff was friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Nothing fancy but fine for a night or two. Only complaints, there is no elevator to the second floor. If u have a problem with stairs, request a room on the first floor. And the ice machine was empty. Had to walk across to the nearby gas station for ice.

Not any other options in this town so in the future we will stay elsewhere. Pile of old air conditioners made the hallway reek. Ice maker didn't work. Linens were obviously very old.

the room was 2nd floor no elevator we asked... very inconvenient for 3 older ladies, we booked 2 nights ..left after the 1st night tried to cancel, owner said we couldnt cancel because it was booked on line..he did offfer a room on 1st flloor when we said we werent staying , but we were not comfortable there..we wont stay there our next trip to Hannible... 2 nights for $150..00 you get what you pay for I guess..

Bathroom tub had mildew all around it. Walls and ceiling looked like water damage. Patch work on walls, needed painting. Could not use heating because of smell coming out of unit.
