"Getting in was difficult for me as my phone ate my sim and refused to give it back, so I didn't have a working phone. The code I had initially been given didn't work and I had no means to contact the company until I got a new sim. (Fortunately I carry a spare phone when abroad) Once this was sorted I got in and all was fine, although the wifi was very poor. The wifi sorted itself out after a couple of days and then was fine. "Great location and very well equipped apartment, always warm and lots of hot water. Good ski boot room and storage. Small but perfectly formed. However there was someone else’s facecloth in the bathroom when we arrived. Also, after stripping the beds at the end of the stay (as requested) the blue mattress cover under our sheets was quite stained & it wasn’t from us."
