"The room was spotless and smelled great. I booked a room on the 5th floor with a balcony with a city/ park view, it was amazing.. the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean and upkept . It was definitely the right choice to stay there while I visited Puebla."

"10 min walk to Zocalo. No dining facilities other than very few street vendors. Area around seems like old, closed businesses or homes. Hotel is beautifully renovated & staff are very friendly & helpful. Neighbourhood needs to be restored to make this hotel work. While great value for stay, next visit I would stay closer to Zocalo."
