"The staff is fantastic, so helpful and kind. Everything is very clean, rooms and beds are very comfortable, and bedding is very good quality. Breakfast is standard fare but high quality and staff keep the eating area clean, and it has an excellent view of the river. Very nice self-service coffee, latte, cappuccino, espresso machine."

"Beautifully decorated, very Victorian. Rather like staying in a museum. Mattress was comfortable. Very clean. Front desk check in was lovely. Those were the good bits. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in the room was horrifically noisy, to the point where we had to turn it off halfway through the night and open the windows instead. To get any kind of breeze, we also had to open the blinds, which meant that the bright exterior lights that stayed in all night lit our room up like...

"Conveniently off the highway. Great staff especially in the bar area/dining room. Separate bedroom (door) and living room was spacious, modern and clean. Water pressure was good and water was hot quickly. Less than 5 mins to get to a grocery store or major mall if you need anything. Breakfast was made better with made to order omlettes. Evening reception for guests with 2 complimentary beverages also delightful. Would definitely stay here again."
