Only negative and one they are working on was the after hours arrival procedure info at the property was incorrect and the correct info was inside ! We did recieve an email but it arrived after we left and we didn't have access to to wifi "

"Maddison Plaza was a well priced, convenient night stay in Townsville. The room was clean and well appointed. We did find the pillows a bit too flat and there were no spare pillows. The TV kept turning off constantly also and had to turned on again. Apart from those minor issues it was a good stay. "

"Awesome stay at Surfers Aquarius for 2 weeks. We were on the 20th floor, with amazing views of the water and city - we enjoyed watching the sunset on the balcony each night. Great location in between Surfers and Broadbeach. The receptionist was super lovely and helpful at every interaction. Secure parking underground meant car was safe.
