"We stayed in one of the cabins and had an upgrade as the original one didn’t have an ensuite. The ladies at reception were very understanding and quick to make the change. Cabin was suitable for a short stay."

"Stayed briefly overnight. Cute little cabin with everything you need. The cabin was a little old, however considering this it was very clean and tidy. The only thing I feel I would note is to keep the windows open when cooking as it can fill with smoke pretty quickly (even with using the extractor). Other than that, it was a good little overnight stay, with very friendly staff and close to town. "

"We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 45 anniversary. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. A nice touch was the fresh bread, butter and condiments for breakfast. Being a Sunday night the only place open was the pub for dinner but wow what a dinner that was. The best meal we have had in a long time."

"Not a great start. We arrived, had not received a text re cabin access and nobody answered the phone. When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. "We booked online for a budget room that was available and on arrival we found that we had been up graded at no extra cost. The cabin was clean, in good maintenance and had all the utensils we needed for it to be our home away from home whilst visiting the area. We arrived and forgot to mention we also had a trailer but found the staff more than accommodating and the trailer was no issue. Will recommend to anyone and we will happily stay here again. "
