I even got a treat for my early birthday celebration with cake and champagne. The room was spacious and very clean and well organised. "We chose this hotel based on location. It is very close to Southern Cross Station, lots of shopping, great food and night life! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We booked a superior king suite but when we entered our room, it had 2 twin beds. The front end staff were very quick to remedy the mix up and were very apologetic. We would definitely come back! "

"Very very comfortable bed and attentive staff - house keeping, concierge and check in counters. Love the gym and steam room. Take a tram or bus to almost anywhere. Evening walk at the harbour is very relaxing. Definitely will be back again. Thanks."
