"Large pool with shade if required. The grounds are wonderfully tropical and well curated. Bures are private, roomy and the air conditioning works a treat. The large, fluffy bath towels are changed daily. All of the staff are terrific and the restaurant is well worth trying."

"We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and hired a car to get around. Will need transport to stay here. A short drive to airport, market and shops though. We enjoyed the privacy and the use of the small plunge pool after a hot day at the beach. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Highly recommend it and we would stay again. "

"Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost."

"The house felt neglected. Outdated electronics. No gauzed door to stop mosquito or bugs. Network is so bad. The wifi didn’t work for one night. The washing machine had so much dirt built up in filter that I had to clean before washing my clothes. The freezer wasn’t freezing - disappointed for paying so much and the place didn’t meet expectations. "Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "
