Apartment was fine. Cold and spare aesthetic. Furniture was low quality and had nuisance issues like TVs that had to be unplugged to stop persistent whine and an AC that shook the apartment each time it started. Check-in was a challenge due to the time-out between the login panel and the elevator. Staff very responsive to texts and helpful.

I’ve stayed at other Kasa properties before so I was expecting the feeling of isolation that comes with having no human interaction, but this property felt very large with a lot of rooms that weren’t Kasa room sprinkled about. The building is modern and yet needs some TLC. The room was very barebones and could use some love as well, but it was very large and the full kitchen was nice. The towels were scratchy, the toiletries were not all full (and we didn’t have body wash/soap). But, the Kasa team was quick to respond to requests. I came for a conference and Kasa’s price could not be beat - definitely worth it if you don’t mind not having housekeeping!

Absolutely prefect location!

Incredibly easy to get to and the location was absolutely perfect! So many beautiful restaurants around as well as so close to many of Austin’s attractions. I hope to get back again soon and will for sure be recommending and booking Kasa again!

I loved how everything was within walking distance. Our concert was right across the street. The views from our balcony was stunning as well. Parking was great and so so much cheaper than anywhere else. I just parked my car in the parking garage and left it until we checked out. The apartment was so big and everything was just beautiful. We will be staying here every single time we go to Austin. Thank you Kasa Downtown.
