"Came to town for a concert & wanted to stay close to Moody Center. The room was clean and had a great view of the city. The room included a stove, fridge, washer, and dishwasher. There was food and bars all in close proximity, felt safe to be outside walking around. In the morning there was quite a bit of noise in the alleyway behind, but they did provide single use ear plugs, which was thoughtful!
I left something behind in the room, and the communication with the Kasa team via email/texts was...

"Our group had eight adults and 11 kids. This was the best hotel for our time in Austin. We got units 4 & 5. "Place was clean at check in. Couple of things missing but were brought to us rather quickly. Parking is a little tricky but good directions were given. Only thing I can compalin about is that the unit we were in as well as the floor, all needed painting. Scuff marks on the wall everywhere made the place look run down."
