Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Austin Barat Laut

"Breakfast was good but too short because we had to leave on the airport shuttle. We noticed that the breakfast set up was the same as at our previous hotel the Best Western in Temple TX. The staff was very helpful with finding a place to order dinner. Her directions were good and our pizza was delicious. "

"Todo estuvo horrible, todo en la habitación y fuera de ella en pésimas condiciones, los muebles rayados y sucios, olor a humedad y pésimo olor en las áreas comunes y estacionamiento, escaleras, todo, no vuelvo a hospedarme en un quinta jamás, tengo evidencias de fotos si me contactan las envío"

"Room was clean and staff was great"

"I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad."

"The hotel was old and there is no access to an elevator without having to go behind the building and around through the outside to get to the elevator. When you're in the elevator it bangs and shakes and feels very unsafe. When we got to the second floor, there was caution tape all over the stairs and the balconies. The hotel is just really old."

"The first room we were assigned was visibly filthy. The second room wasnt truly an upgraded but we managed. The grounds area was not upkept especially being located downtown. They constantly ran out of towels and housekeeping were very unprofessional and rude when asked for extras. The elevators were down the entire weekend. There were creepy crawlers indicating the cleanliness of the building. "

"The hotel smelled really bad like mold, like old carpet had gotten wet. The fire alarm went off for over an hour straight at 1am. Nobody apologized it or explained what was going on. Breakfast was not as described"
