"We only stayed one night but I would say there is work to be done on the property given the price they charge. Breakfast was a coffee and a croissant and should be advertised as such. Staff is very friendly but the property is just not up to standards to charge that much. The view is lovely though."

"Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. "This is a beautiful quiet country hotel surrounded by fields and old world villages. The staff are all wonderful and patient and go out of their way to help despite my very beginner Italian. They serve a beautiful breakfast daily and the food is wonderful. Also within relatively accessible distance of the autostrada. It was a haven for us in the midst of some chaos"

"First of all, the property is really beautiful and it was so nice just walking around the orange and lemon trees. It’s close to the things we wanted to do in Gaeta and I had no problem parking my suv there. The free breakfast is simple, but very nice, the girl working there made amazing cappuccinos! We came in off season so the pool was not open, but plan to return over the summer. "
