They have us a room that was very tricky to open, and they knew it. Lol really could have used a different room and they could have fixed that lock. And we got assigned a room that wasnt clean. Really again??? A clean room or just tell us its nit ready yet.

The room had no refrigerator or microwave. The water pressure for the shower head was awful. The hallways had a “smell” to them. They’re currently remodeling - we were on an old floor. Hope the remodel is better because we won’t stay here again.
