Hotel Dekat Aula Magna Universiti la Sapienza

"Clean room, miscommunication with the staff about check in. Was told something at first and when got to the place it was disregarded. Morning shift was really nice and helpful. A little far from the center."

"Such a convenient location, so nice to arrive at the hotel minutes after arriving by train. The little outside area was a big bonus and allowing to connect to Netflix was a nice touch. 😊"

"Very clean an and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again."

"The room was very clean and the owners were very clear and concise with directions. Walking distance to a bunch of bars and restaurants"

"The way they’re charging for their breakfast is confusing. All I do is drink some milk and my wife just wanted some coffee but they wanted to charge us $15 for the breakfast. We explained this to them in the first morning they allow us to do this without charging and we had to go through the next day.. Everybody was nice so I hope they find a way to work this out."

"The hotel location being close to the train station was perfect. It was convenient and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable"

"I find it impossible to leave a good review after this hotel totally ignored a problem we had. We needed a taxi to the ship port and it was arranged. However we were never told that we needed to pay in cash. In fact we should NOT have to pay cash as they have the ability to take credit cards. We were also told to never pay more than the price posted. So when we got to the port the driver got very angey when we said we didn’t have cash. We were berated and overcharged by about 30 euro. When...

"The breakfast menu are poor. "

"Pros: The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water were available. A microwave was available in the common area for guests to use freely (though I didn't use it myself). The room comes with a small refrigerator. Cons: Due to the older building, the elevator is quite small and slow—it can only fit one person at a time with luggage. The bathroom heater could not be turned on in October, which made it difficult to...

"Convenient location close to Termini station but enough distance to be out of the crowds, nothing fancy."

"Hemos estado mi familia y yo y todo ha sido muy bueno La lavandería la encontramos el último día :( En general todo muy bien"

"Room was very modern, but the showers were small. Only one side of the building had a nice view to the outside. It is 47 Steps (with no elevator) to get to the Suite. The Staff were super nice and accomodating. There is a small Kitchenette available for Guests, too!"

"Room was spacious, modern and nicely decorated, but a horrid odour from the shower drain ruined the whole experience. After closing the bathroom door and opening every window in the bedroom the scent did dissipate, but showering or using the bathroom was an unpleasant experience. We were happy to only be staying one night. There is one very small elevator for the building, and the hotel check-in is located on the 3rd floor. Two adults with two small suitcases barely fit inside. If you are a...

"Nice stay in Rome. Staff was very helpful! Great location near train. We walked to Trevi fountain, forum, and the Colleseum."

"The hostel, the staff, the other guests, the bar across the street and the TATTOO STUDIO make this hostel the best one ive ever stayed at. Will come again next time I'm in Rome."
