Der Automaten Checkin funktionierte leider nicht, sodass ich 2h warten musste bis die Reception besetzt war. Aber ansonsten hat es mir gepasst. Gute PP und Zimmer sehr zweckmäßig. Zentrum 30 Min. Zu Fuss perfekt..... Ich komme wieder gut und günstig..

Gute Lage, zwar an der Straße, aber die Fenster sind gut gedämmt. Innenstadt ist mit der S-Bahn prima zu erreichen. Ausstattung des Zimmers praktisch und funktional. Wie kommen gerne wieder.

Nie wieder!!!

Habe mit kostenlosen Parkplatz gebucht, an der Rezeption musste ich Parkplatz dazuzahlen. Trotz Hinweis auf meine Buchung mit Hotels.com (Siehe Bild) wurde ich unfreundlich abgefertigt „ ist so, basta“ . Mir geht es nicht um die paar Euro sondern ums Prinzip.

Zimmer war direkt zur Hauptstraße raus und alle zehn Minuten ist auch noch die S-Bahn direkt am Fenster vobeigedonnert !!! Sehr laut und fast keine Ruhe zum schlafen !!

Sehr zufrieden

Es ist ein schönes modernes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Managerin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Da wir leider ein Tag eher abreisen mussten. Leider hat die Preisgestaltung über Hotel.com gar nicht funktioniert! Für eine Beschwerde oder ein Ansprechpartner von Hotel.com war nicht zu finden. Werde ich auch nicht mehr darüber buchen!

Kein richtiges Doppelbett...

Wir hatte über Hotels.com ein Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, doch es waren zwei Einzelbetten... und ich habe immer das Glück, dass ich dann nicht entspannt schlafen kann, wenn die Betten auseinander rutschen.

Ich hatte keine Reservierungsnummer für den Check In am Automaten bekommen. Nach längerem Warten an der Notfallnummer wurde mir geholfen, aber nicht übermäßig freundlich. Das Zimmer war aber in Ordnung, sauber, bequemes Bett, schallisolierte Fenster, ausreichend Ablagefläche, nett eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist tiptop. Die Umgebung ist sehr einsam, wenig empfehlenswert, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, wenn man eh mit dem Auto dort wegfährt, ist das aber egal.

Das Hotel liegt günstig in der Nähe der Tram bzw. Regionalzug-Bahnhof Haunstetter Str. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles sauber.
