"As Expedia VIP members who frequent luxury hotels, we were extremely disappointed by the service here. We called twice in advance two weeks before and the day before to confirm that engagement photos were permitted for guests. Despite this, staff interrupted us three separate times during our shoot to demand ID and room numbers. It was unprofessional and felt like harassment, especially after we did our due diligence to follow every rule. While the historic look is beautiful on TikTok, the service does not match the aesthetic. We expected much better for such a significant life event. March 1, 2026, room 106."
