"Property has a fabulous location and wonderful amenities. I rated 4 stars overall as both rooms that we booked had furniture that was damaged and noticeable. The bed frames had torn corners and chipped dressers. One room had a bolt that was broken. We also had several issues with the dinning. I would absolutely stay again as it is my choice in Tempe. Overall the staff is incredibly helpful especially Evan at the desk! Absolutely fantastic!"

"Hotel was nicely located in the heart of Tempe. Overall stay was good. Room outlets seems to have issues when trying to charge and a bit noisy if your on the side of the train tracks. But overall well worth the price and lots of things to do in lobby including a bar and kitchen."

"I’ve stayed at a few Springhill suites. This one looked old and not super clean. Easy parking, Breakfast was ok, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, bagels and a waffle maker. Bacon would have been nice. Just a thought and clean the carpet and buy some new mattresses. Tv in the bedroom part wasn’t working. WiFi was good. Location was good. Good staff. Hotel looks a little dated and not super clean."

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. While staying there I commented to my daughter how happy I was with my stay there. It was a perfect choice and you can’t go wrong, "

"Room was clean, but the bathroom was very small and there was no door to separate the bathroom sink from the rest of the room. Our elderly mother couldnt reach the soap dispensers in the shower. AC worked and temp was comfortable. Lots of noise from the highway at night. Breakfast was average. Pool was nice (could have been colder during the heat wave haha). Location is convenient for accessing ASU."
