"I really liked this Hyatt. It's in a great location. From the roof pool you can watch the planes go over the little mountain right next to the property and it is pretty cool. The staff was definitely helpful and the parking garage and its lay out was easy and I could see my srt from the hotel window. Will stay again."

"the bad review is based mostly on the fact that Motel 6 in Tempe double charged me. I pre-paid as I planned my trip months ago. In late May I arrived for check-in and was billed for the night. I protested that I already had pre-paid and had my copy in hand confirming that. The worker at the counter said some crap that my credit card was not on file or something like that. I paid just to get my room after a long day on the road. I checked my Expedia account and credit card payment to confirm that I paid off the balance months ago. With this confirmation, the next morning at check-out, I presented the information to the person in the office and got the same answer as the day before. I've travelled to many places over the years, and this is the first time that this has happened. I made a complaint with my credit card company to try to cancel the last payment. Beware to those who want to stay at this specific Motel 6 based on this questionable nonsense that i have to go through."

"I had an excellent stay and would gladly stay here again. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of parking, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. What really stood out was their honesty and customer service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the room. The staff actually called me to let me know they had found it and held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That level of integrity and attention to guests is rare and greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean rooms, great staff, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!"
