"The suite was well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was good. Weather wasn't good enough to enable a dip in the pool. Wifi was terrible. I informed reception who were going to look into it but I heard nothing back. I tried on 2 devices I managed to connect with 1 for only 1 minute before it dropped out and I couldn't connect again."

"We stayed here as part of a larger group. Simon is fantastic with communication and accommodating to our needs. We were able to organise a buffet dinner for our large group which was delicious. The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our second time staying as a large group."

"Our favourite hotel in Auckland. We’ve stayed here at least 6 times in the last year. It’s new, clean, and modern. Lots of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. And a big shopping mall not much further. TV has Netflix, YouTube etc that you can sign into with your own account. The room has a Nespresso coffee machine, robes and slippers, which come in handy when you go to the spa, pool, and saunas (that’s right, they have 2 types of saunas). "Great rate for the room. Room was perfectly clean ect, amenities however. . . Shower wasnt working, it started and then effectively "ran out of water" it seems. I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%"

"Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror."

"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

"Stated for a girls staycation, loved the location. Nearby a fave cafe, Italian food truck (highly recommend), and the new Goldies bar. Right on the beach. The room we chose gave very much beachy vibes and was appropriate for 2. Only let down was we booked a spa/ hot tub room, but the spa turned out to be a jetted bath. Not really appreciate for friends to share. Otherwise a great stay and would be happy to go back."
