It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Skaneateles. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire property was well maintained and beautifully designed. She was very helpful explained where everything was and gave maps and handouts for all the fun things to do in the area. "There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful."

"We stayed at this place, as we were attending a wedding in the area. One of the reasons we booked it was the loungers around the pool. The plan was to hang out by the pool in the morning / early afternoon and read and relax before the wedding. The pool area as shown in the pictures of this place does not exist. It was very disappointing. There was not a comfortable chair to be found to read outside and relax."

"The man checking us in was nice but this was by far the dirtiest place I have stayed in my life! The pictures are either photo shopped or taken somewhere else. Also, I think I smoked more marijuana that was outside my window with the people hanging outside my window talking all night! This place should be closed down!"
