"This hotel was superb. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and a fantastic buffet selection. The entire staff, from check-in and reception to the servers and housekeeping, was extremely helpful and attentive. Many staff members spoke English and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is adding an additional pool to the property. The hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants nearby, and a short Uber ride will take you just about anywhere. The area felt very safe, and overall, Panama is a wonderful and welcoming country. Great hotel and a great country, I would definitely recommend it."

"Clean room, comfortable beds and bedding with a great view. Did have an issue with the smoke detector beeping once every 30 mins or so. Also the mini fridge was locked so we didn’t have a usable fridge option. We did talk to the front desk but nobody arrived before we went to bed. "

"Inadequate heating in the pool , poor customer service. No hot water in the shower. It was a terrible experience but it’s a nice place, hopefully with better management can offer outstanding services "

"The apartment was in a good location but most of the pictures in this listing were of the lobby and building. The showerheads in both bathrooms kept moving which caused water to go everywhere, and we only had two pillows on the main bed and one on each twin bed, and the linens were lacking, there is also no outdoor furniture and the apartment is right above the pool which occasionally was noisy. Also there aren’t great instructions to check in or check out. There are better places to stay in Panama for the price"
