"Always great people and service"

"The hotel was in a very unmaintained state. The labels were missing from the elevator buttons, and the table/dresser in the room had a broken door. There were stains on the walls and the floor was dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed before we received our room. The tv appeared to have a large scratch or crack in the screen. The bathroom vent fan was not working and the toilet paper holder was so rusted staff left the roll on the sink We never received room service to give us fresh towels and soap or take out the trash in the 4 days we stayed here. On the third night we had food or something back up into our bathroom sink. We asked if this could be fixed in the morning and when we returned that night it appeared no one had been to our room all day. This is when we were offered another room to stay for our last night here. This room was only marginally cleaner as the lamp was missing lightbulbs so it didn’t work. In the middle of the night the ac stopped working and it was almost 80 degrees outside so it made it very difficult to sleep the last night of our stay and we had to catch a flight that morning. We also found that morning before we left that the shower drain was clogged causing us to not be able to use it. Also the parking lot was absolutely covered in potholes. We had to go down to the desk to get our door cards reactivated once which locked us out of our room. Overall we had a terrible 4 day stay at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here."

"When we arrived the front desk assistant said that the room we booked through Expedia wasn’t available. I told him the only reason we booked with them is due to the specific type of room. He said to take it up with Expedia. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the downstairs hallway leading to the elevator. The desk assistant advised us that the pool didn’t work due to water pipe issues. Surprisingly, the room we booked was actually clean."

"Very dirty place i know is an affordable place but the lack of hygiene was insane towels and bathrooms were full of Pubic hair and stains. I went to request for new towels they said the towel storage room is closed and that you get for what you paid for . Very disgusting attitude and place."

"The room was dirty when we checked in around 10pm i called the desk around 10:15pm and nobody even picked up. Since we had an early game the next day, had to be at the field at 7am we had no choice but to stay in the dirty room. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30am but they actually don’t start until 7:35am. Staff is unfriendly. Never coming back to this place again."

"I have never left a review like this ever even when the places are not so good but this place was terrible. The windows was boarded up. It was junk cars sitting all around. The property was terrible. It smelled very bad when you walked inside be had, I don’t know if they was junkies or homeless but the place is bad. It had tape up all across the doors on the inside. I drove all the way up to to visit my family from Baltimore and I will never return back to this place again this is the type of hotel where you need to carry your gun. This is my opinion only almost every window was boarded up. This should not be a hotel. This should be a paid by the hour motel overall I give this place a zero out of five"

"The room is clean and staff friendly. No problem parking. The restaurant serves great food and the pastries were delicious. Only disappointment was that breakfast was $15.99. The breakfast was no different than other hotels that offer it free. Ssfe and secure place. "

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "
