The apartment eas nice. The check in process was aggravating took a while to get someone to help us. Atfer that rhe stay was fine. The parking ppl booted our car because we were in the building trying check in and hadnt registrated the car. Which makes no sense that we still have to pay to park on a gated property. Not sure if ill stay here again. But it wasnt bad but it wasnt great. I think this is an Asian based company that not in Atlanta. Took someone 40 mins to comr physically assist us and noneonr barely spoke English. Had to use translate

This place is definitely mediocre. Don’t expect champagne on a beer budget. The front staff and maintenance were very professional and accommodating. My problem is with whoever runs the reservations and accounting. I checked out on Jan 16. After endless back and forth with Expedia contacting the hotel because they ignored every message or call I sent, they finally sent my deposit back on Feb 4th. There is absolutely no reason why a business should hold someone’s funds that long with no explanation. They still haven’t paid the the additional money they owe ( requested a late check-out at 12pm, one hour after their 11am regular check-out. It’s an $30 charge per hour. I left at 11am but, they’re going off the original request even though, I informed them they day of, they have cameras in the lobby and Expedia has informed them) Yes, its $30 but, its MY MONEY. Needless to say, I would personally never stay here again nor recommend this place or any other place they’re affiliated with. Front desk, maintenance and housekeeping were more professional and courteous than the people who run the business. I know I’ll never get the money that’s owed to me back because they’re ignoring my texts and calls…again. I just want to warn others that this business is a little shady so please be vigilant when you choose this place.

Great option for sharing

Great job converting an older condo to.apartment hotel. HVAC a little hard to control but ultimately worked well. Staff onsite and phone/text very friendly, efficient, and professional. Specisl shout out for finding, returning wallet.

Poor process and gouge the customers

Nice property, but very poor process. They do no tell you about $500 deposit until after booking. They also charge $30 per hour for early check-in. Most places accommodate that as a courtesy.

This property is beautiful and just like the photos on the website. The rooms smell nice and the amount of mirrors in the apartment is greatly appreciated. It is in a convenient location for shopping and restaurants. The staff in the hotel, especially the night security, are very helpful. This would have been a 5 star review however we had an issue with the air con not working. We did notify the concierge who gave us heaters but we stayed there for almost two weeks and the issue was not fixed. I feel like for a long stay the air con should have been fixed in that time frame.

Overall a great option for families as these are more apartments than actual hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable and otherwise clean. Unfortunately the fact that these are partition apartments in a large space due to the fact that this is a building converted from some other previous industrial or large office space use does give this place a slight warehouse feeling if that matters to anybody.

Upon arrival we had trouble getting into both rooms. Also, during the stay had issues getting into other doors the codes they provided just did not work. One of our rooms smelled like smoke…the other room the microwave just keep startin on its own…. I can say the property was very quick to respond to my concerns.

When we booked the hotel parking was included. Then we get there and all of the sudden they’re not responsible for parking and there’s a daily fee. Then their wifi only works in the parking lot not in the apartment. When I contacted the useless concierge Several times she kept saying that she would send someone and never did. Also if you love the smell of weed in the hallway and parking lot I guess this place is for you.

This is the WORST STAY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! DO NOT BOOK!!! These people kicked my family & I out at 12am for extra fees that WE PAID!!! The accused us of fraud bc of our skin color! Threatened to call cops on us that NEVER CAME! Had security recording us without our permission!!!! Locked us out of the room with our DOG & all our stuff inside. Told us they weren’t going to let us in to get our things unless we send them pictures of our card!!!!! They are far from professional. Hung up on us multiple times. Left us standing outside with a baby in their underwear even though we PAID ALL FEES THEY ASKED FOR! I don’t wish this on anyone. Stay away from this property. Photos do not match the actual property. These people are VERY dishonest & RUDE.

Very Nice Indeed

The hotel and lroperty is in a VERY busy locatkon close to lenox mall it is amazingly secure without too much hastle. Very automated and works propertly. The rooms are like small condos and comfortable and clean for the money youre getting a whole condo for the price of 1 night in a hotel.

I couldn't find the property from the road, employees that answered the phone just said, "hello" questioning if i dialed the right number. I didnt get the room number, code for room door, gate code, wifi password, untill i asked for it. There was a shuffle board in the room without sand, and no lobby employees to correct any of these issues. The property is still under construction so thats to consider, but Management needs to step up. I feel I paid too much with my stay and was just left with the room. Where do you go for service?

Convenient

This stay was very convenient for shopping, I booked for that reason alone. They were updating the property as we were visiting. There was a drain issue but they came right away and fixed it. The decorations were beautiful and it was fairly quiet. Security were on the premises regularly. I feel that it would be unfair to rate this place as it’s being revamped, however I would like to stay again to see the finished look.
