The place is very nice with alot of amenities and relatively close to the most important attractions. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended

I stayed here with my wife and two daughters for three days. It was the perfect space for us to share without feeling confined. The room had two restrooms and two showers which was very useful. The whole process was easy and simple. I would highly recommend you booking here!

The place was nice and clean. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. Close to the metro station. The only problem we had was not being able to check in early after getting off the cruise ship. We reached out to the property manager and the person we talked to was helpful. We could’ve checked in early with extra fees but decided not to. We did sightseeing from the port instead, which worked out well. We would definitely stay there again.

Small but modern and comfy appartment (Orion) with big roof top terrace and Jacuzzi close to main attractions of Athens. Just couple of minutes by metro to Akropolis. Air conditioned or heated. Easy self check in. Even on a big road we felt it was not noisy and with closed windows not a problem at all. We stayed with 2 little kids. They loved the terrace and warm Pool. Anyhow kitchen is minimalistic so rather an appartment to go out or take away food and enjoy on the terrace instead of cook yourself.

The property was super clean and basically in new conditions, very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The host Chrsitina was very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is a few walking minutes from a large supermarket, near many delicious bakeries and restaurants. I would definitely come back.

We stayed three nights in August with four of us in the party, booked through Expedia. On the afternoon of arrival the shower base did not drain. A technician attended the same day and cleared a blockage of hair left by previous occupants, after which the shower worked. That night we found the bed linen soiled and reported it with photographs; we had already slept on it, and the replacement was arranged the following morning. Over the next two days we reported a detached control in the children's bathroom, blinds in the children's room that would not open, a second bathroom drain, a shower handset that did not run, and two bedroom lights. We were offered a repair visit that same afternoon and chose the following morning instead. An inspector attended the next morning and repaired the washbasin. The company did respond to the repair requests. What we asked for and did not get was a meeting in person with a manager about the condition the apartment was handed over in; that was declined at each level we asked. At no point did we ask for a refund or compensation, and an offer of one was declined.

The apartment unit we stayed at was very modern. The kitchen was compact but very useful. There are two full compact bathrooms. The location was far enough from the touristy areas so it provided a more local experience. It was still by decent food options and only a 8 minute walk to the subway station. It's only 2 stops away from the Acropolis. There are a handful of small local grocery stores to pick up most of the basics if you're cooking your own food. The host contact was so very helpful.

The whole place is renovated and beautiful. Next door it has a fantastic pastry shop with great coffee. It is also closed to the Metro station and the Tram (bus). From the metro station , is only two stops to Acropolis. Christina is an excellent host and responds to any question quickly. If I visit Athens again, I will come back for sure.

Unfortunately, I cannot honestly leave a 10-star review, as our experience in the Orion apartment was disappointing. When we arrived, it was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Customer support responded quickly and sent a cleaner, who worked hard and did his best. My criticism is not directed at him, but at the apartment’s overall condition, which required far more than one person could resolve in about an hour. We found insects, food leftovers, and a large amount of hair on the outdoor sofa, as well as hair in the shower and other cleanliness issues. The jacuzzi was not working and was still filled with dirty water left by previous guests, so we did not feel comfortable using it. The main showerhead was also broken, leaving only the handheld shower usable. The apartment is advertised for four guests, but it is much smaller than the photos suggest and not comfortable for four people. Although marketed as “Luxury,” its actual condition does not match that standard. On the positive side, the WhatsApp support was excellent, the cleaner made a genuine effort, the beds were comfortable, the automatic curtains were a nice feature, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the 37°C heat. The apartment has potential, but it needs a thorough deep cleaning, maintenance, and repairs before welcoming future guests.

This has so far been my favourite apartment in Athens. The apartment was spotless and the checking in process was easy. Christina gave me recommendations to some great bars to try out, one in particular has become one of my favourites in Athens Unlike most other rentals who says they have a fully equipped kitchen, this property has, which is helpful as I like to cook. On Saturdays there is a market a few minutes from the apartment where you can get fresh fruit and vegetables, there are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries close by. Neos Kosmos is within walking distance to Koukaki which is a nice area for an evening out. I have already decided that on my next trip to Athens, I will stay here again.

Great modern apartment, however bad communication

The apartment was easy to find, simple and clear instructions, great pre-entry communication. It's one of the rental apartments in what looks like a very new building. Apartment is very modern and nicely decorated, AC and TV in every room. Cafe & restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to Metro station. When we came in everything was perfect - nice, clean and tidy, except in one of the rooms the blinds did not work so we could not open or close these. We messaged the property right away to advise - Christine was very prompt, replied very quickly & assured us someone will come over to fix these next day. And they indeed came in, however what looked like a simple thing turned out to a very messy one, they had to take the whole system down, drill, knock and do some other work, so when we came in the whole room was a mess. We notified Christine right away and asked for the cleaning. From this moment she disappeared - generic response message stating she is currently unavailable, asking to reach out via platform (where her phone number was the only option). So when we came back that night the cleaners didn't clean anything - all the bedding, floor, headboard, our personal clothing & items were covered in a heavy layer of dust. 3 of us could not sleep that night (no bed, no bedding, pillows, fully dusty room), which basically ruined our next day booked trip, plus we had to call/text other Reps to resolve the issue during the day to ensure we come to cleaned place. Very disappointing
