"We gave the 'area around the property' a 3 because we were not sure what was around us! Part of that is our ignorance yet as guests we would think it woulb be helpful if you provided a map of the area around you and were to go on foot or by vehicle. We do want to emphasis that we found staff to be excellent and friendly. Thank you!!"
