"This location is just between The Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and Basilica of San Francesco d'Assisi along a brick walkway between the two. โ€œDe Angeliโ€ is a 15 minute walk flat and San Francesco is a 45 monitor walk all up hill. The hotel offers breakfast which you can book along with your reservation that is bountiful and includes eggs to order. Dinner is available with a reservation which can made the same day. We left the hotel early to drive to Roma and they had a box breakfast waiting for to take along on our drive. We stayed in a standard double bed room which was small but included a refrigerator, a bottle of water, a teapot, assorted teas, and shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap. The bed was European king with allergy pillows, but a hard mattress compared to American standards. The staff is very attentive, on duty 24/7, and accommodating.
