"È evidente l'ottimo lavoro di recupero fatto sulla struttura, dove antico e moderno si fondono alla perfezione. Dotato di ampio parcheggio, la moderna reception si affaccia sull'antico chiostro, molto bello soprattutto di sera. Al primo piano si trova anche una cappella privata.
