"The Balmoral is a beautiful hotel! Its location is perfect since it’s close to all major attractions. The staff are accommodating and helpful. I’ve stayed in two different rooms and both were lovely and had great views. The restaurant is very good and the high tea in the Palm Court is superb!"

We ended up having clothes stuck in there for a long time overnight and in the morning when we rsna the dryer a few times. Checkout is at 1000am so at 1024 they knocked saying we need to leave. "Lägenheten bar bra planerad o extra plus att det bar två badrum. Mycket hög standard i badrummen och köket med stor och öppen köksdel, fullt utrustad och med bardisk. Tvåvånings sängen var mycket skön att sova i. Tyvärr var de större sängarna av äldre modell och madrassernas fjädring gjorde att sängarna uppfattades som ”skålade” och ”lutade”. "Great hotel in a great location. The free water refill station was a nice surprise and the pool in the sister hotel next door can be used for free and has castle views. The only potential point of improvement for me: The mattress was a bit too hard for me as a side sleeper."
