"It was a great location and very convenient for the purpose of my stay. I was very happy that i was given an upgraded room from.a queen to a delux king room. BUT the down fall was all the time you could hear running water in the drain systems as the room was on ground floor. I have stayed at this hotel couple other times abd didn't have same issues with hearing the water. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again"

"Great location, central to restaurants, shops and public transport at your doorstep. Quiet overall, checkout at 11am so no mad rush in the morning to leave. Fast and easy check-in, express check-out. Standard Queen room was smaller but functional, there is a hairdryer too lol. We had a good stay, everything was clean. "

"Lovely and quiet with views to the river. The high ceiling in the generous sized room gives a feeling of spaciousness. Love the large bath. Bed very comfortable. Dark for a god sleep in. The steam room smelt a bit musty so opted for the sauna which was great for warming up at the beginning of winter. They provide single use small toiletries which I’d prefer to be large refillable dispensers to reduce plastic waste. It would also be great to see a way to ensure recycling of any bottles,...
