"This hotel is in a great location with metro stations and a Starbucks nearby, and great shopping within a 20 minute walk. The friendly staff helped us when checking in and checking out, and the hotel amenities and bath products are lovely. Breakfast selections are plentiful and replenished often. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The space is decent considering its price and location, The staff is friendly, and there are some decent amenities around the complex. The rooms are kept clean, but the conditions are okay. There is a convenience on the complex as well. The gym is great, and the fact that it’s connected to the Shinagawa station is really helpful to get around. But the floor I was staying on did have a strong smell of cigarettes (the floor beneath was a smoking floor) and I highly recommend NOT using their coin laundry room. The machines are electric, and will cost you a lot of time (almost 3 hours) and money (almost 3500-5000 yen) depending on how much you need to do. That being said, the value is there if you’re looking for a quick stay, cheap rooms helpful staff. "

"Súper small rooms but that’s very typical of Japan. Two people barely fit in one room and you will have to be creative about how you organize. Otherwise, if you just need a place to sleep, this is the place. It’s central to everything in Shinjuku including the train station. I would stay here again. "
