The hotel location is fantastic. It's really close to the train station and there are plenty of bus options nearby. Also a huge highlight was that it's connected to a market. The breakfast is so good!!! From fried chicken to sashimi to curry soup, you get to try so many local favorites without even leaving the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was nice, it is very close to the train station and there are many nice restaurants nearby. The room is clean and there is also self laundry service. The laundry room is always very crowded though but there are other nearby options and we went there instead. Aeon mall is also nearby!

Wonderful stay

Just a really good stay, we really enjoyed it. Spa on the roof, very clean place, breakfast was a separate fee but it was delicious, parking across the street and in the parking garage connected to the building was convenient and cheap.

Loved this hotel. Great location. Across from asahikawa train station and Aeon mall. Very convenient drug store on the first floor. Would likely recommend when staying in Hokkaido.

Super close to Asahikawa station which made it convenient! AEON mall was a 3 min walk away too. Could barely open our luggages and little walking space, but we enjoyed our stay here. You can enjoy free coffee/tea/soft drinks (iced or hot) at the lobby.

There’s a special indoor access from car park to the hotel, which is very convenient when you have luggage. The hotel is very close to JR station and walkable to many famous restaurants. Room is clean and comfy. Will recommend others to stay here.

The view was great from our room on the 16 fl. Liked the public bath facility. Very good location. Only dislike was 1500 check in and 1000 hrs check out. Would stay again.

This is a great place to stay right in the center of town. There is shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was across the street, and not expensive. The train station is very close too. The breakfast was very good. The only downside was that our room was pretty small for 2 people with luggage. Oh, and the air conditioner worked (an apparent rarity in Japan from what we can tell!).

Hokkaido Gem

Could see our hotel from the train station which was comforting since we knew it was close but not sure which direction. You access the hotel from the ground level to the third floor then a different elevator to access the rooms. Breakfast was AMAZING and each item was labeled with the name of the food and any allergy information if needed. A welcome drink was a great way to start our stay here. Would have stayed MORE nights if we did not have an itinerary already set. Thank you hotel staff for making our visit to Hokkaido a great trip!

Nice location and comfortable hotel but noisy

The walls are thin. It didn’t help there was a child who enjoyed screaming in the hallway. The bed and pillows are comfortable but can also hear noises from the neighbouring rooms in addition to the screaming child. The public bath is nice. The outdoor for men had two tubs. The elevators are also incredibly inefficient.

Clean modern hotel in a great location.

Clean modern rooms and great location in the city as it is close to the JR station and restaurants. Friendly staff. I would’ve given the hotel a 5, but the parking wasn’t included and we had to park either across the hotel outside (¥800/day) or in a parkade next to the hotel (¥1000/day). And if you want to enter/exit the parking lots more than once, then it is ¥2000/day. I also wish that we were allowed to use the welcome drinks area before 3pm. It is only allowed in the evening.
