The noise due to the construction of the gym outside our room and 2nd pool was one of the things that took away from the tranquility. Also the ants at the 2nd pool ( on furniture and pool edge) "

"Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O hotel fica no coração de Porto Cervo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e buscam sempre a melhor experiencia para o hospede. Destaque para os funcionarios do valet e camareiras. Os dois pontos fracos são o ar condicionado do quarto que nao funciona corretamente, pois a temperarura interna é elevada (Reclamei na recepção e nos foi informado que iria melhorar, o que nao ocorreu) e os funcionarios dos restaurantes (atrapalhados, demora em atender, esqueceram...
